RSA continues
to be the awarded contractor to its specialized clients through
the word of mouth referrals. Each RSA project is managed through
an on-site construction manager with computerized schedule tracking
system. Quality control through plan review and architect review
consistently assures our clients proper interpretation of the intent
of the construction drawings. With the vast experience in a variety
of construction fields, RSA has successfully guided its projects
to the needs of its clients.
Beyond the
normal scope of work performed by RSA, clients and architects
working on new projects request the presence of our construction
managers to assist in preliminary budgeting and scheduling. This
added feature of our ability to communicate vital components of
decision-making, our clients are afforded the opportunity to have
a clear and precise grasp on budgets and schedules.
Our goal
for the future is to further our services to our clients to afford
our clients the ability to communicate the vital criteria of the
project. With these objectives for our clients in mind, RSA will
